Note: were open to a lot of locations, not just Perth! Semi detached house with large garden, including a private bit behind the house. There are two floors and an unused loft, carpeted living room, equipped kitchen with washer, cooker, and fridge, carpeted small bedroom and laminate floor bigger bedroom, bedroom with bath and electric shower. Kyle is at the doorway to Skye with fantastic opportunities for hiking and fishing and amazing dog country if you have one. There are tons of jobs around as there is a shortage of workers with a lot of houses being used for tourists, wages are high and there is a lot of room for starting businesses and creatives as well. Lots of local events too, from ceilidhs to gallery exhibitions and festivals. Were hoping to find somewhere in Scotland that's quiet but a little more near a larger town, so within maybe 30mins from Inverness, Oban, Stirling, Perth, Dumfries, or something comparable. Were not looking for anything inside a town or densely ur an area.
