We have a lovely 1930's 3 Bedroom house in the sleepy Norfolk town of Swaffham. Approx 35 minutes from the coast,but far enough away to not be overrun by Tourists. Lots going on in the town, perfect for someone who doesnt drive as literally everything you need is within walking distance, including the countryside. This is part of a 3 way swap. Someone in Peterborough wants to move to the Nottinghamshire area, and we want their Peterborough house.Everyone is ready to move now, but certainly by August at the latest.
