I have a new build 2 bedroom ground floor flat in woodilee village, the flat comprises of open plan living room and kitchen with patio doors leading out to my own garden, 2 large windows in the living area. 2 good size bedrooms 1 with patio doors leading onto my own back garden. Flat is in walk in condition. Only 6 of us in the building and my neighbour's are great I've had no problems at all I just need to be closer to my family as I dont drive and I need them more now than when I did when I moved here. I have been the only tenant in this flat and I have done a lot to it and also the garden. I will be sad to leave as I love it here but health forces my move. Would prefer to move to harestanes area other areas considered.
