Hi I have a 2 bed second floor flat. Both bedrooms are a lovely size. New kitchen when we moved in (2014) we are only the second tenant in this flat and we've all treated it very well. As I said both bedrooms are a lovely size and the living room is big. There is a balcony and just outside there is a grassed area and playing fields nearby. We live in walking distance to 3 lovely local schools and a 2 minute walk away from Co Op and other shops and chemist etc. We have bus stops right outside so loads of busses into town :) I am looking for a 3 bed house in the same area, or as close to Parks Primary school as possible. Reasons for moving are my children are 7 and 3 and need their own space and we are also ready for a compeltely fresh start after separating from my partner :) I honestly don't mind condition as I will make it my own as I don't plan on moving after this. As said before we are desperate for a fresh start and we'll miss our lovely little flat but times are changing :)
