We have a 3 bedroom semi detached house, nice quiet road and lovely neighbours, dont really want to leave our home but due to toddler and teen sharing a bedroom it really just isn't working out! 😖I am willing to consider any area really. (My ad says wales and I cant edit it 🤦â€â™€ï¸) I have just done up the back garden as it was quite large, patio from back door, retaining wall then grass up at the back. Small decking area to one side. The whole house is decorated up to a good standard so could be moved into without any rush to decorate👠I have spent a lot of time and money on this house, really is a shame to leave 🙠We live less then one minute walk from school, shops & bus stop. There is a doctor about 6 minute walk away. Town is a 10 min drive or could be walked to quite easily within 30 mins (used to walk it often with two small children) parking is out the front of the house (quiet street road) we have 2 cars and never had a problem parking. front garden could have a drive put in
