A two bed flat 2 mins away from clapham common. Property is only 6 years old and in excellent condition. Its on the 2nd floor in a private block with 5 other tenants. Both bedrooms are double and spacious. The lounge is a nice size leading through to the dining area with a large window in between. Kitchen has light oak units with an overhead fan extractor for the cooker. All rooms are carpeted in beige except for kitchen and bathroom which has beige flooring. There are two skylights one in the hallway and one in the lounge both giving extra light in both areas. There a video answer entry phone system and fob key entry to maon door and lobby door. Mail boxes are in the lobby area all numbered individually. Bathroom is neutral as is all of the flat decor wise. Bath, toilet and sink are white. Shower included. Bathroom has been newly decorated 2 weeks ago. All neighbours are friendly and respectful of each other. I need to move as i am downsizing and looking to be nearer my family.
