Hi, I have a good 3 bed semi detached house. It is in a quiet village 6 miles from the city so the best of both worlds. It has a large garden on a corner plot with a driveway long enough for 2 cars. There is loads of light all through the house with patio doors heading from the livingroom into the garden. The ground floor is split into 3 sections tunning along the house, the livingroom (out to garden), the front door, hall, stairs (wide, with half landing), under stair cupboard and large downstair toilet. Kitchen dinner which shares the wall with next door. Large wi dow at each end of room. Door to outside area at back of house, currently chips and large shed but could be decked or patio. 3 bed upstairs, all fit a double bed, all have a built in cupboard/wardrobe and a large window. The bathroom is also a good size with an over bath shower. There is a big double door cupboard in the hall as well as a good size undedicated space, play area/gaming area/ office/ reading nook!
