I have a lovely large 1st floor maisonette with balcony and own private garden located in a cul de sac close to shops and transport. There are 4 in the block ( 2g/f and 2f/f) 50% are leaseholders as it’s not an estate. Due to my age and ILL health I am now looking to move ( reluctantly after 14 years) to a ground floor property.
