Hi there I am in arbroath in a 4 in a block upstairs, there is 2 bedrooms and a shared garden at front and back, loads off local shops, schools and most importantly beach, local transport is near by and big shops such as morrisons and tescos. Room sizes are pretty good for a 4 in a block, and plenty space for other means off storage, It is an all electric home and no gas is needed, the electricity box been situated up high away from children, It also has a shower head attached to bath Niebourghs are very polite and it's a very quite area, you would be looking onto a one way road which has its days in terms off busy, Plenty park's and other things nearby, also caravan parks, amusement centre and other various things, There is only 2 small sets off stairs averaging around 15 stairs in total, The garden is looked after by all who stay near by as there is plans to make a community garden for all to access, massive play area for kids and places to hand washing if needed.
