(The Flat) The flat was originally a terrace house converted into 2 homes. I am on the first floor. Residential car park opposite home, front garden recently redone to gravel, Fences will be painted soon, wide stairs leading to spacious hallway that has 2 extra large cupboards, currently our wardrobes (boiler is in main cupboard by bathroom). We also have Loft Space. Kitchen has space for dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer and oven, lots of cupboard space, food pantry. the living room quite large (14.5ft x 11ft) (we have had a 3 seater sofa suite with 2 chairs in the past and currently have a L shape sofa and still had extra room for more furniture). Central Heating was installed in 2017 (heaters are in kitchen, living room, bedroom, hallway and bathroom).Bedroom (12ft x 10.5ft) is big enough for a queen size bed and has extra room for bedroom furniture etc. friendly neighbourhood.
