I have a one bedroomed council flat with balcony on the sixth floor of a nine storey block . The balcony is off the living room which has views of hove and the sea, (which can also be seen from the bedroom too). I have a gas combi boiler with central heating and new double glazed windows. We are due to get new front doors. The living room and bedroom have recently been decorated but the kitchen, bathroom and hallway need painting, The fiat is on three bus routes into town and there are convenience shops a few minutes away and the main shopping area of George Street is 10 minutes away on foot. Brighton is a bus ride away. Hove seafront is 15 minutes walk.. a parking permit can be obtained from the council.
