I have a large 1 bedroomed flat with a balcony with sea views which can be seen from both the living room and bedroom. The flat catches the sun throughout the day. There is a convenience store 3 minutes away and the main bus routes into Brighton stop near the convenience shop. The main shopping area of Hove is George Street which can be walked in 10 minutes. Hove railway station is a 10 minute walk away.
