1 bed flat in Westbourne bournemouth 5 min walk to town and 15 min walk to beach. Its a gated community with phone entry system. There are 95 flats I am ground floor and in 8 months I've seen about 5 people lol. My neighbours are exceptionally quiet and I don't see them or hear them at all. There is under building private car parking entered with a fob. No pets although I have a chihauhau. It is with abri housing association and is 97.80 a week with a 11.25 a week service charge. Westbourne is very pretty and I think one of the nicest areas of bournemouth.
