My house is owned by Hackney council. It consists of 3 bedroom’s, one single and two large double’s that can fit two bunk beds, massive wardrobe and a single bed. Smaller room can also fit a double bed and wardrobe. Upstairs bathroom and toilet, loft space also. Downstairs is a small kitchen, dining area that leads on to kitchen, back garden and living room. Very large living room and toilet. Plus front and back garden. Just had all new double glazing put in. Also new roof. New bathroom and kitchen about 4 years old. Quiet neighbour hood. Only have one neighbour who is a single dad and is never home. Close to all amenities and travel links. Good school’s and colleges. Shops near by aswell as 3 parks, and the farm. Lived here for 19 years but due to unexpected surprise our family grew. And now need a bigger home. House is decorated throughout. And just about to have all new carpet on stairs laid.
