I have a two bedroomed semi detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac in Mountsorrel, its in the corner so no foot traffic or cars passing, there is parking for two vehicles or car and a caravan, bedrooms both accommodate king size beds with large alcove in both for use as a walk in wardrobe if required. I have a stair lift at the moment but it will be removed before the swap and replacement carpet will be laid so long as I am not needing to put all new in the swap property. It has a garden with decking and two sheds which would be left if there is one in the swap property, it has lovely quiet neighbours who I will miss and definitely keep in contact with, the opposite neighbours are across a very wide green with hedges so never get to speak to them but all is quite over there also. I am looking for a two bed bungalow as disabled, no flats or maisonettes, I cannot move too far as my carer is fairly local. I don't mind a three way swap with genuine swappers.
