I live in a two bedroom second floor flat. There are two spacious cupboards of storage space. I have one single room and one double. Ive also had a recently installed combi boiler put in. There is also a communal garden.There is on street parking which is free. I live about 10 minutes from the main high street where there is shops and a shopping centre. You have all the shops you need including iceland, boots, superdrug, sainsburys, nails salons and a few really nice cafes. My Neighbours are really lovely and quiet. Also great public transport and wallington train station is very close by, about 10 minute walk. Theres also very good schools nearby. The only reason i want to leave is because my son is getting bigger and needs a bigger room now and would like to be closer to family. Im open to other areas about 5 miles from Merton/Mitcham
