We have a large corner plot house , big front and back gardens, to big for us to deal with really. Kitchen big enough for table and chairs, Living room has dual windows (back one is actually a patio door), understairs storage, the outhouses have 2 large storage areas and 1 thinner one, and a toilet. 2 medium size bedrooms, 1 smaller bedroom but definitely not a box room. We want to stay Ettymore Road side of Sedgley and close surrounding roads due to having the grandchildren living close. Must be a 3 bedroom house, good size kitchen, similar to ours really but with a smaller garden and possibly a driveway. Don't want to do any immediate work on the house as we have been there and done that. So a move in and live state would be good. Only council houses please no housing association,... Thank you
