I have a ground floor flat in a quiet cul de sac. My home has it’s own front & back easy to maintain gardens and although I live in a block of eight flats, it’s only one flat above. The property is centrally heated an double glazed. The lounge faces the front garden with a view of the communal grassed area, the lounge leads into the kitchen and then through to the back garden. The bathroom is fitted out as a wet room and has just had a new shower unit installed. There are quite a few decent storage cupboards for coats, linens an Christmas decorations. The lounge floor has recently been renewed with silver grey laminate flooring. It is a nice quiet area with local shops, bus stops etc., within walking distance.
