Two bedroom flat in Trumpington above shops (barbers, post office, florist, fish & chip shop & dry cleaners) also shell petrol station across the road, Waitrose 5 minute walk, big park with skate ramp and fitness area 3 mins walk, 10 mins walk from Fawcett school and P&R, 20 min walk from Addenbrookes hospital. Wet room and separate toilet. Large living room, large master bedroom, good size second bedroom. One small one and one medium storage cupboard inside the property. One medium and one large private storage cupboard downstairs in communal area. Kitchen on the small side, but plenty of surface space, (also space for tumble dryer). Carpeted throughout. Large storage space in loft, however we have never used it and it would need a clear up. Balcony area is small, but big enough for single table and chair. In need of a 3 bedroom house, we have 2 children with no garden or bath and we have outgrown our space.
