We are just at the start of looking for a 3 bedroomed house swap from Pershore to Redditch area. We are prepared to take time to find the right house and area. We are looking to swap because we want be closer to family and friends in Redditch. Greenlands is a preference area, also lakeside, we are happy to visit area to check out properties. We love our house so it has to be the right house/area before swopping. Large 3 bed, 2 doubles 1 single room. Has a downstairs utility that has been used as an office area, large kitchen and living room, end/corner property so we are extremely lucky with our garden space. Local schools are great, shop Is a 2 minute walk away! Pershore Town centre is a 15 minute walk away, nearest bus stop end of road that goes into town frequently. We definitely still require a 3 bed house with garden space as both children have additional needs.
