I have a one bedroom flat in Rowner. It has a very large bedroom. Plus decent lounge and bathroom with shower over bath. It has a small but functional kitchen with plumbing for washing machine or dishwasher. The central heating and water is included in the rent There’s a communal laundry, kitchen and lounge which lead’s to a lovely sunny patio. Plus there’s a large garden both with seating. There are 3 other flats in our corridor with very nice nieghbours, but you can be as private as you wish. The manager comes in daily and there’s a cleaner for communal areas, window cleaner and gardeners included in the rent. Pets are allowed at the discretion of the manager.
