I have a one bedroom ground floor flat in a nice area of Rowner. Two minutes to bus stop, with regular buses to Fareham and Gosport. It has a very large bedroom, good size lounge, and bathroom with shower over bath. The kitchen is small , ideal for one person, plumbing for washing machine, space for cooker and large fridge freezer. There’s a large and small storage cupboards. Under the lounge and bedroom window is a grass area where we put our patio table and chairs, plus flower pots. The water and central heating is included in the rent. There’s a communal laundry, kitchen and lounge. Plus a lovely sunny patio and large garden both with seating. Also there’s a buggy/ bike shed. Plus a two minute walk to a One Stop, bakery who makes fresh bread and cakes daily. Just down the road is the doctors, chemist, fish and chip shop, pet shop, bakery/ coffee shop , and convenient store. The only reason we want to move is that my wife has a guide dog and we want it to have his own garden.
