Our 1 bedroom 1st floor flat
We have a fairly spacious one bedroom 1st floor council flat in a small block of 4 with a large communal garden at the rear plus limited parking at the front, the flat itself is clean and tidy with a balcony but is in need of some decorating due to us both being in fairly poor health, and after 21 years of living in the same place we are just wanting a change of scenery, ideally would prefer to stay as council tenants but are open to other forms of secure housing association tenancies. There is a well stocked local shop and Post Office nearby with a Chinese takeaway and hairdressers, a school plus we are on a fantastic 24hr bus route to Park Parade, Havant and Portsmouth.
