I have a large 4 bed house, bathroom and toilet upstairs and a toilet downstairs. Two large bedrooms, one single bedroom and another long bedroom that would fit two beds in. Nice little kitchen with lots of kitchen cupboard space and room for all white goods. lots of storage spaces. Little front garden with locked storage shed a Lovely little back garden with a locked brick shed. Close to outstanding schools!! Cranford community college (rated #13 in uk for schools!) and the cedars primary school. I’m sure there’s more but we don’t know the area. Close to bus and train links. Links to Kingston, Hayes, Uxbridge and central London. Very close to Heathrow airport. Close to the M4 and M3 and M25 not to far. Very close to QPR academy dome (walking distance). House is the first one In the row with Lots of parking spaces available next to the property. Pets are allowed, as long as you go by council rules. I.e micro chipping and making sure of good behaviour. X I am a serious swapper needing to be closer to family and my children's schools.(I have children in special needs units within schools so I am unable to move them, which is why I must get back to Feltham) RENT is £181.43 a week. Break down of rent Rent for home: £167.02 Neighbourhood wardens: £1.51 Caretaking:£10.20 Grounds maintenance: £2.70 I do not have pictures right now as we have recently moved in, but I am happy to get some if you want them. We are happy to look at 3 bed houses with a separate dining room that can be used as a bedroom to. Must be in the Feltham area due to schools and family.
