I have a large two bedroom flat in the Mumbles area of Swansea. Extremely sought after location. Nestled in a seaside village with lots of beaches around you to choose from. I would like to have a larger property with a private garden because I have two young children. This flat would be ideal for retirees, single middle aged or young person. Or a small family.
