This is a lovely spacious maisonette with 2 double bedrooms. It takes 15 minutes to walk from our front door to the centre of town, 20 minutes to the Grafton Centre.
The maisonette is south facing with lovely big windows, has a good sized balcony, perfect for sun bathing, laundry drying and growing fruit and vegetables. It is very well cared for, I’ve brought up my children here and have lived here since 1999.
There is a dedicated car park where you can buy an annual residents permit along with a visitors permit.
