I have a 2 bedroom bungalow with a wet room, over 55yrs only.
There is a back garden which is accessible via steps and a small front garden.
The main bedroom is a generous sized double and the 2nd bedroom is a small single.
The kitchen is compact but has recently been updated with new cupboards and flooring.
The lounge is a good size with an airing cupboard and water boiler in one corner.
At present the heating is economy 7 but gas has been run to the home and is due to be fitted with radiators shortly.
The village is rural with a co op, doctors, pharmacy, butchers and chip shop- the bus service is good with regular services to Gloucester,Ross-on-Wye, Cinderford, Monmouth and Chepstow
