I have a one bed ground floor flat with a patio at front of the flat.
There is only 52 flats here which are for 60+ age group.
This is NOT high rise it is only ground floor plus one above.
It has a nice size bedroom and lounge yjay faces the south so gets the sun all day, only downfall as i see it is the kitchen that is small
but functionable, there is also a wash room on site if you would rather utilise the space for something else. The washroom is free as the council pay for the washer and drier machine. There is also a community hall with bingo on Mondays and wardens that check on you every week.
