I have 2nd floor flat in Norwich City Centre NR2 1RF close to all amenities: shopping, transport, park theatre etc.

I’m the only person to live in this flat and it’s been maintained as close to it original condition barring a little decor. Key fob and intercom system. The flat is on the 2nd floor but no one below and one above. 4 floors in all. 9 flats in block. Plus there’s a lift. The rooms are large with wider doorways if needed for wheelchair users and ramp at entrance. There’s a hallway joining all the rooms: bathroom with bath and shower. Bedroom with wardrobe. More cupboard space in hallway. Lounge with galley kitchen and Juliet balcony. Gas for heating and water as well as electric and good internet connection.
I’ve been here 16 years. Now looking for Chester because partner has a new job there. Beginning early 2023.

Norwich is an historic city much like Chester with its castle and old walls and many churches and 2 cathedrals. City college and Art college close by.
