3 bed, 2 Gardens, need bigger house

Our home is 3 bedrooms, 2 double sized and 1 single sized room ( can fit single bed ) .. 2 decent sized fenced gardens, fencing out the front was done recently and paid for by ourselves, house is clean and well taken care of, laminate flooring in the living room recently new also.
We are looking for a 4 bed house swap due to my younger 2 children being autistic (boy and girl ) and cannot share a room any longer due to safety.
