I live in a 3 bedroom maisonette on the 3rd floor. 5 flights of stairs no lift. Its on the end so the balcony can be used fully. It is 10 minutes from Sheen gate leading to Richmond park. It has great bus links and is a very friendly and quiet estate. I am needing to downsize to a 1 bedroom due to cost of living. The house is spacious and would be great for a family. It has 2 large bedrooms 1 not so large. Good size kitchen, needs work. Good size bathroom and a downstairs toilet. Living room is spacious.
