🏡 I'm searching for a TWO double bedroom HOUSE (perhaps 3 if under occupancy is allowed) with either a kitchen suitable for a dining table or a dining room/through lounge to accommodate my piano due to piano exam gradings/lessons, just like my current house.

🎹 I'm a non-driver, so I need areas with easy access to amenities. Willing to be part of multi swaps if you put in the effort to find connections too.

📍 Interested in areas like: Dulwich SE22, Clapham SW4, Battersea SW11, Barnes SW13, New Malden KT3, Kingston Upon Thames KT1, Bromley (walking distance to The Glades), Guildford, Windsor, Greenwich SE10, Wimbledon SW19/SW20, Chichester, Epsom, and Putney.

👉 I could consider other areas if they're family-friendly and close to amenities. No large estates/flats/maisonettes, please.

🏡 My property: I have a delightful 2 bed terrace house with 2 double bedrooms, 2 toilets, a kitchen diner, a garden, garage, and parking outside the front door. Rent is £127 per week, and it's with Live West Association. No local connection needed, and under occupancy is allowed.

🌊🌳 My current home in Truro, Cornwall, is semi-rural, surrounded by woods, fields, and streams. Just 10 minutes by car to the main town, 20 minutes to Perranporth beach, and 25 minutes to St Ives. Only a 15-minute walk to Cornwall's only A&E hospital.

🏘️ I also have other properties available for multi swaps, including a 2 bed bungalow in St Just, a 2 bed house in Newquay, and a 3 bed house in Grampound Truro.
