I am looking for a 3 bedroom house if under occupancy is allowed as I have a disabled child who needs to come home to live plus one still at home. I need parking pets allowed and I would like somewhere in Falmouth or surrounding areas but will consider anywhere in Cornwall and will also consider multiswaps. NO timewasters please.

Hi, I have a lovely 2 bed semi in a quiet area, just outside the town centre. There is plenty of private off road parking and a mid sized secure garden at the back. 2 large bedrooms (both easily fit a superking size bed plus wardrobes). 1 bathroom with toilet, a large lounge and a kitchen/diner refurbished in 2019. A 10 minute walk to the town centre which is on the picturesque river Thames, with shops, pubs, restaurants, cinema and gym and a leisure centre is about 15 mins walk away. Doctors and local schools all within a short walk, Colleges are a bus ride away or 15 minutes in the car. Excellent links to Central London via overground or underground, trains and buses to Surrey, 20 minute bus ride to Heathrow airport and a bus from there to Gatwick Airport.
Easy access to the motorways - M25,M3,M4 and M40.
