Hello, I am a disabled lady who is bed-bound and requires to be closer to her daughter regarding location.
I also would like if possible an extra room as my granddaughter lives and cares for me so ideally it would be great if I could swap with someone to a two-bedroom flat.
My flat is spacious and has a penthouse feel as it is at the top of my lifted building. The kitchen is new and the bathroom has been made into a walk-in shower. It has a lovely gated garden with parking too.
I am prepared to leave my super large IKEA fully fitted wardrobe and a fantastic super king-size bed that is in brand new condition behind if wanted. I unfortunately have not been using this since my accident.
The flat would require new carpets or flooring to be fitted and painting to be done and I am also happy to do this before the swap and according to the taste of the person that would consider a swap so I can be closer to my daughter. I am also happy to do a three-way swap, so if you have anything in mind
