2 bedroom ground floor flat.

Hi all.

We are currently looking for a 3 bedroom house in the Aberystwyth Area. Doesnt matter if its inside or outside of Aber as we both drive. We currently have 2 bedroom ground floor flat but have to move due to our children being disabled and not being able to sleep in the same room. We live in a beautiful estate in comins coch, upstairs neighbours are peaceful and kind and so are all the neighbours. We have a massive front garden . The home itself is quite big. We are currently in the middle of redecorating, new laminate has gone down in the hallway and living room. Living room is very big and spacious. Bedroom 1 is quite big and bedroom 2 is medium size. Bathroom has a shower and bath tub. Kitchen is quite a good size and we also have a breakfast bar. The house is run with electric and gas.

If anyone can help us, it would be so much appreciated as one of our boys is having to sleep on the sofa as they cannot share the room.
