Huge house looking to swap kdy

I have a 4 bedroom very large house in smeaton area kdy. I have a neighbour on either side as this a large corner house which is close to local primary schools, Victoria hospital and shops etc. Huge front garden medium size back garden with a built in cupboard in every room including hallways. 3 bedrooms are upstairs with a bathroom and one bedroom is downstairs which can also be used as a dining room if wanted to. I live only me and my two girls and found this house to big after swapping not so long ago. All I need is 3 bedroom or even 4 but smaller house. E erything updated I.e electrical checks etc looking to move ASAP to be settled for Xmas time coming hopefully :-)
