This is one of the smallest estates in Lambeth and was described by the Head of housing as a little oasis in Brixton.
Brixton has had a complete regeneration going on and is a very nice place to live. I have lived here for 39 years but its just to large for me now and I need to downsize to a two bedroom/ bungalow, ground floor flat or house with a small garden.
