We have a 3 bed house in sort after area of symonds green stevenage, close to all amenities and walking distance to town and old town, our house has a kitchen diner and large living room with down stairs wc and brick shed on the back of the house leading to a medium garden, we have a bathroom and 3 bedrooms upstairs 2 doubles (with the larger room made into two smaller rooms with one side still fitting a double bed) and a single room big enough for a double bed. The house is currently due a wc and bathroom upgrade in the coming months. We have lived in our house for 10yrs now and would like a change, our street is very quiet and safe for children to play with a park 3 doors down and a good primary school at the end of the street, neighbours have always been polite and friendly.
