We live in a 3 bed house in Boldon Colliery. It has a big rear garden, and is very spacious downstairs. Newly built Kitchen and bathroom, newly put up fences. Bedrooms are decent sizes, and is very close to local shops, transport, parks and schools.

Only want to move, as our son is Austic and we find it very hard to maintain the size of the house, with focusing on him. Wanting to be in West Boldon/East Boldon area, so we can be nearer his school.
