**upsizing as im pregnant** Beautiful south facing flat - plenty of sunlight (when there is actual.. Sun). The view from the front/private garden is nothing but nature and open space so it doesn't feel like you live in a flat, it's a personal favourite thing about living here. Double bedroom but I have a superking size bed (6ft x 6ft) so it looks slightly smaller than what it would look like with a standard double bed. Shower over bath. 7 cupboards throughout the house including a bedroom cupboard and a small kitchen pantry. Balcony and private garden as well as a communal garden, both of which get sun, and parking directly outside the gate from the private garden. All walls are white so ready to be decorated the way you like it and grey carpet which is only 2 years old. Brilliant neighbours - never had any issues and everyone is super nice. Shops are a mere 5-10 minute walk away, community centre and community park in the area. Straiton is a 10 minute walk away too. I'm sad to leave but desperate for a second bedroom for my baby due
