Hello, I am looking to do a council swap. I live in a top floor 2 bedroom flat situated in Timperley Gardens, Redhill.

I am looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom house, ground floor flat or maisonette.

I live in a second floor, 2 bedroom flat.
Large balcony, 2 medium sized rooms, communal garden, out front parking, shop opposite my home. The kitchen is on the small side, but it is manageable. The front room is large, with a back door that leads out to a small but long balcony. I have 1 medium sized bathroom, with shower and bath. 2 cupboards, one being a storage cupboard and the other airing cupboard with boiler inside.
