1 large balcony (can fit a lovely seating area)
Also a space to sit at the front door with gate
Indoor animals are aloud
Close spots - Lidl-aldi-Tesco-town shops-schools-small shop no more than 1 and a half min up the road-doctors-dentist (on the same road as the flat)-ark cinema
