NEED TO MOVE BACK TO ESSEX

Two bedroom bungalow in lovely Cornwall. Wadebridge was voted one of the best places to live in Cornwall. Low crime rates and has the most independent shops in Cornwall.

I have a driveway at the rear of my garden - and I have largish gardens rear and front.

Everybody knows Cornwall is one of the best places to live in England coasts are not more than 15 minutes drive and Wadebridge is on the wonderful camel path.

I need to move nearer to my family in Essex (especially Clacton on sea) this is the only reason for my moving - but I can accept Southend on sea area.

Please make sure a good swap and good reason for moving to Cornwall or I cannot accept time wasters.
