Large superstore 10min bus ride . There are tennis courts,cycling track . 15-20 min stroll and there's amazing food and outside space at some of Brighton's infamous public house's . Family welcoming pubs .
Was great when my family were younger and I massively appreciated the surroundings.
Nusery,infant junior and high schools all within 5mins . Also a college 10mins away . Due to deteriorating physical health I can't maintain or enjoy my gardens . It's frustrating. All amenities are 10min slow walk away.i have adult children and want somewhere to suit my older age . Great neighbours .
Been here 12 yrs . Is in Need of Cosmetic attention.
I have lost the love of living here .
Very Recent new kitchen cupboards,floor and cavity wall insulation.
