I live on the top floor , (6th floor 'penthouse' with magnificent views of London) but the lift only goes to the 5th floor. I have a massive roof top terrace and there is also a smaller balcony on the other side of my flat, which I use for drying washing, and both balconies are total sun traps. Quiet block with parking, and Beckenham Hill Train station is a stones throw away. There are bus stops outside of block, local shops are a two minute walk, and Beckenham Place Park is a five minute walk away. Newly decorated with wooden flooring throughout, new toilet and bath, with plenty of storage cupboards. New front door fitted with new windows and balcony doors to be fitted this summer. Also, I'm happy to consider a multiswap.
