We live in a quiet cul de sac in Broadfield, near to number 1 and number 10 buses. Lovely neighbours both sides, lovely street to live in, everyone is friendly. Happy to be a part of solid multiswaps! 10 minutes walk to local shops, 15 minutes walk to dentist and doctors. 5-7 minutes walk to local primary school. 15 minutes walk to local secondary school. New roof and skylights completed Dec 24, new interior doors have been fitted sept 24 we?ve just had new windows and pvc doors July 24 and patio front and back re slabbed dec 23, just been given the go ahead to get new skirtings July 2025. Kitchen, dining room and porch all painted, both gardens all done, back garden looks amazing! We have a large double (I would say triple) bedroom, double bedroom and a small single bedroom, kitchen isn?t massive but we manage with the 5 of us and we have plenty of storage space in the home. Plenty of storage cupboards, we are turning the outhouse into a better space for a large freezer.
