This is a lovely area as is Tamworth as a whole so much to see and di for the whole family.

I have to move to follow family, could be worse i guess 🤷😁

This house has. Off syreet parking in the form of a long dtive, possibly fit two cars in.

Good sized enclosed bad garden.

Double doors from the bad open to good sized living room/ dining area.

Kitchen is small not ginna lie but it will suit. a small familu, i only just realused that there electruc sockets in the store room when you walk in 😬 meaning i coukd have had a dishwasher all the time.

Downsrairs WC
2 Double bedrooms 1front 1 back of jouse can get 2 single beds in.
Upstsirs WC and bath/ Shower
All pretty much neutral colours other than my bedroom which i made a dogs ear of so you will want a fresh lick of paint throughout.
New flooring and carpet throughout.
Stairs go directly in to living room which i think.looks good.
Currently have an EB charger so I imahint. you can change ty his to your own. Brand new primary school
