Rural property wanted

3 bedroomed story home,new build at the ridings,looking to swap for a 3 bed or 2 bed parlour in a rural setting, due to my daughters disability and how it affects her socially and emotionally she does not do well with friendships so looking for somewhere where there isn't really other children,so a detached property is preferred,semi detached in a very quiet area considered, where I am is a very quiet street on the edge of the ridings estate,neighbours are amazing but there's quite a few children and my daughter finds this really hard,she likes to be out riding her bike and our road is quiet and long enough for her to safely do this so would be nice if she was still able to somewhere else, Any areas outside carlisle considered
